active mid:high power ratio

It depends on the drivers/install. But generally alot of tweeters can get loud without a whole load of power

You really need to know the sensitivity of the indiviual drivers to figure out the power ratio. Good like getting that info. I would also make sure the tweet is 4 ohms before assuming that it is. Many are 6.
