I recently took advantage of Sound Solutions Audio Black Friday sale, and purchased one of their zcon15d2 subwoofers. I accidentally clicked the buy for the 12 inch version. When I realized this, I emailed them, Aaron made the correction, without charging me the extra 10 dollars. They answered all my questions, kept me updated on the build progress. I am in the process of moving, and I was worried that it would be lost in limbo. So I requested that I be contacted prior to shipping, so that I could change my address with them if need be. I was told that when the sub is completed, I would be called, and was advised that the sub is built right here in Alabama, so I should receive it a couple of days after it ships. So, I get the call on Monday, advising that it is about to be shipped, and a tracking number will be provided. Well, I received it today, prior to receiving the tracking number. It is massive. I feel sorry for my car.
