So to make this short and sweet..
Was in an accident, some girl came out a side street, did a california stop and went through a stop sign, and made a right turn into a FAR left lane, creaming my rear right quarter panel/tail light, etc.
She admitted fault immediately, and i don't see me being found at fault at all, but here's the question.
With the impact, my box (which wasnt bolted due to me messing with it recently) shifted, and the rca's were ripped out of the amp (there isn't much room or play left in the rca's) and took the rca ports with it.
Question is... my insurance won't cover it, even with theft audio system coverage, they said look into home owners insurance, etc. I'm going to contact the girls insurance (progressive) to see if they will cover such a thing. If not, i may take it to small claims being that allstate (my ins) has a note on the claim saying i did mention it day of accident, bring pictures, a scheme of how it happened, etc.
Will this stand a chance in small claims? What's my best bet? I already bought another amp (sundown 3000) i'll have in a few days, but i need to get this fixed/replaced/repaired. Any ideas? Thanks
