Accident - Amp RCA's done for - question

So to make this short and sweet..

Was in an accident, some girl came out a side street, did a california stop and went through a stop sign, and made a right turn into a FAR left lane, creaming my rear right quarter panel/tail light, etc.

She admitted fault immediately, and i don't see me being found at fault at all, but here's the question.

With the impact, my box (which wasnt bolted due to me messing with it recently) shifted, and the rca's were ripped out of the amp (there isn't much room or play left in the rca's) and took the rca ports with it.

Question is... my insurance won't cover it, even with theft audio system coverage, they said look into home owners insurance, etc. I'm going to contact the girls insurance (progressive) to see if they will cover such a thing. If not, i may take it to small claims being that allstate (my ins) has a note on the claim saying i did mention it day of accident, bring pictures, a scheme of how it happened, etc.

Will this stand a chance in small claims? What's my best bet? I already bought another amp (sundown 3000) i'll have in a few days, but i need to get this fixed/replaced/repaired. Any ideas? Thanks

what insurance company do you have?

almost all of the will cover car audio as long as its connected to the car and not just sitting in there.

so with yours being bolted down it is now a part of the vehicle

progressive is one of those companies

he said the box is not bolted anymore because he messed with it recently.

hmm...i should talk to progressive first to see if it will be covered, but the amp is screwed to the box, but box isn't bolted down. its a very heavy box, that+sub is over 3-400lbs...only a huge impact would move it that much..

obviously you haven't taken physics

You're not going to get shit for help from Allstate; they're liars, thieves, assholes, and completely incapable of going what they claim.

Your best hope is fro Progressive to come through which more than likely they will. If they do help, switch to them as soon as you can get out of your deal with Allstate. Allstate will never help you and will do everything they can to screw you. They did that with me and I was out over $1500 when my car got stolen. My rates also increased from getting the car stolen. Bye-Bye Allstate... quit them and never look back.

Also, my friend had something similar happen but it broke his camera which was just in the car in the seat and the other insurance company replaced it without any hassle.

I would love to see a sub box that wieghs 3-400 lbs. It seems your as bad at guessing weight as you are at understanding physics.
