about to wire my subs, need help

x2 dvc 4ohms

Need them to be 1 ohm.

Just to be sure...

Inside the box I connect the - to - to terminals out of the box -.

Do that for both speakers.

Then outside of the box, do I go from the terminal - to terminal - (so 1 speaker's terminal has x2 wires in it)

OR do I go from terminal - to amp - and the other terminal - to amp -, so the amp has x2 wires in the same hole?

(and the same for +'s)

There are 4 spots to put speaker terminals on the subwoofers themselves.

2 are black on 1 side, on the other side there are 2 red ones.

Black is - and red is +, right?

I thought it was supposed to be 1 - and 1 + on each side??

I'm confused???

What amplifier?

All positives go to the positive

All negatives go to the negative, it doesnt really matter how you wire them as long as this is correct. If it were me I'd try to put the +'s together inside the box and just have one wire running if possible to the amplifier.

Do you have two terminal cups? If so it's fine to run two wires to the amplifier. Just make sure all of the positives are together, same for the negatives, and you're fine.
