i drive a 2000 grand cherokee and was looking to pick up a pair of the poly mids for my rear doors. i have heard good things about these and the arbiter tm sets, especially for the price. would i need to amp mids or would the hu suffice?

Really want to see what they're capable of? Amp them.

I have a few sets I incorporated into a surround sound in my house... LOVE the way they sound on around 115wrms.

I re-read your post more carefully, and missed the "rear doors" part first //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

In that case, I'd probably leave them off the head unit power, I'm not much of a fan of rear fill...
