^^^^^ OMG you guys fight about a sub, it's like who has the biggest D.

I'm thinking of buying 1 to try out,If you buy this sub from SSA you will get a warranty.

Look at T3 audio you read so many negative things about him, but he put out a cheap line of subs that i think are built very well.

So this guy Skar maybe a ***, but if he puts out a great cheap that built better than RE-FI-Audioque or whom ever else then i will pound it in my ride.

Okay, got the bad boy in today. As said before, test box is 1.7 @ 31.

First impressions:

-Loud. Very loud. Gave it some power, it was present, gave it some more, it was loud, gave it some more, my dome light fell out of my headliner lol. She's still stiff and new out the box, so I haven't pushed her too hard yet, but she'll be broken in soon.

-Thrives in the 30-45 area. Anything here, the Skar has made known to me, and the surrounding area, which also lines up as expected with the enclosure it's in.

I will post more, and get into a music-specific review after the sub has seen some more play time. If anyone here objects to the enclosure, I may make another to accommodate.

***Disclaimer*** When my ears hurt, and things in my 2008 vehicle begin falling/being unusable, I consider it to be plenty loud.

Pretty much what I experienced with the driver except the low end, it wasn't there for me. Also seemed to be a power hungry driver. The drivers I'm used to had more low end but were of a higher quality.

lol a power hungry sub? An incredible amount of fail on this thread. Cheap subs. Cheap Chinese garbage. The cost the owner sees per sub is probably around $20 straight from china. What do you expect?

You should get some TL results(I have some from my testing)

The issue with the word "loud" is that we all interperate that differently. My loud is over 150db were yours may be 135ish(which is about what its doing).

Not knocking your testing, just wanting clarify a few things.

Stick to facts and not opinions for the most part. Try and implement frequency response and compare to other similar subs you have tested in similar applications/power.

Also, clamp the power being used so that there are no "around" or "about" in the RMS figures for power used. Also, figured the exact air space and tuning to keep things more clear for all readers.

In your conclusion restated the facts and then toss in your opinion based information.

Again, not bashing, just trying to help you out if you want to actually have a good review.

You have no idea what you are talking about what so ever. I agree this sub is not power hungry, but the rest of your statement shows how uninformed you are.
