Amp to be used is a AQ1200d. Starting enclosure will be 1.75 @31hz. May try sealed 1.25 next.

As expected really. I didn't write up a review do to my new employer as I felt it would be taken with a grain of salt anyway.

The low-end extension was very good, I was not impressed with the overall "sound" it produced but for the price I thought it was a decent option. We were using the same amp AQ1200. We did notice that after about a week of use the suspension seemed to become "saggy" and the over all performance after that went down very quickly.

It was about what we expected from a driver in that price range for the most part. I will say it looks far better then it performs.

Motor looks really beefy for a 600 watt sub... ashame if they cheaped out on the softparts...

Never said the subs were junk. Then are designed by Jacob so they are far from it. And LOL @ knowing owner is sketchy and still doing business with them.

They were not designed by Jacob. He just had a hand in it. Not sure why everyone says HE built/designed the subs. He has posted otherwise on this very forum.

Pretty much what I experienced with the driver except the low end, it wasn't there for me. Also seemed to be a power hungry driver. The drivers I'm used to had more low end but were of a higher quality.

DVC 2 ohm. It'll start its adventure in 1.7-1.8 @ 31(ish)hz. Have to calculate displacement difference from the previous resident subwoofer for an exact volume/tuning. My standard ported test enclosure. I will go from there. Planning on trying it sealed as well, to possibly open up options for prospective buyers.

The 10" version pre-order is right around the corner...tempting lol.

More than likely wiring to 1 ohm first, and staying there. Gain, remote gain, EQ sub gain, headunit are all a twist away.
