hmm interesting, nightshades are building a strong lead, just throwing a few other subs out there, any thoughts on the 18" XL and IA Death Penalty. The AQ's will be by far the cheapest option.

Running a 4ohm single voice coil sub at 2ohm?
2x 4 ohm coils can be wired parallel to 2 ohms or series to 8 ohms. There's many amps with 2 ohm power you can use.

Avoid jvc 480bhs hard to see the display in the daytime even with the brightness all the way up also not as easy getting to the audio menu like...
