Lmao! no man I'm sayin man I see people all day on here with DD, and RE and other companies I never even heard of but most of these guys put them at the top of their list and never has any real complaints about them maybe I looking for something more shit I don't know.

if ur subs are stinking for 2 years and you didnt do it on purpose
that is not a good thing or normal

a good setup should not be pushed to its thermal limit unless you intend it too

It wasn't constant... it happened when I cranked them up, and I really didn't care if I blew them or not. That was my first system. Things have changed ALOT since then.

Is it possible he is underpowering them and clipping which would create too much excess heat resulting in the smell of whatever? That a reliable amp?

I'm not going against you in anything you say especially since you have been the most helpful but except for the gains. The box is perfect, the speakers are wired correctly. I don't know maybe I will pull everything out and wire everything over.

clipping yes but underpowering doesnt mean anything.

Ok where is you gain set 1/4 1/2 3/4 and are you using bass boost.

fair enough, but u do agree with the remark

and yukon i dont know about these subs, but if they are well built they should do more than rms easily,

so again either take the system apart and give us VERY detailed info or have it looked at

Wow. Ok, underpowering could be a problem if he is trying to pull more power that the amp can produce cleanly... resulting in clipping. Thats what I meant.
