scammers ip addresses should be banned for sure and for gods sake call the police instead of talk on forums about how you think you got scammed.

Banning IP's doesn't work, I'm proof of that.

The police do nothing, you basically have to take it to courts and it takes forever. I would just do the credit card thing as everyone else said and get your money back
