Hey, so I have a Pioneer GM-D9605 and I also have a pioneer TS-W3003d4 12" sub. what I want to know is if the amp can safely be connected to this sub without issue.

Yes. just wire it to the sub connection on the amp

the sub channel on that amp is rated for 2 ohms and you have a dual 4 ohm sub.

Thanks. I was told that I would be underpowering the sub which may damage it so I was worried

It's perfectly fine to under power the sub just know that the amp will not drive it to its full capability so don't be tempted to try to get more out of it with that amp distortion and dirty signal is all that will kill your sub
