a little help

i am designing a ported truck box for a 10" oz audio vector sub tuned to 38hz in 1.25ft^3.

dimensions are like this:

height 17.25"

D1 4.25"

D2 8"

W 26"

winisd says my round 3" port should be 8.15" while the manual says use 8.5"

which should i go by?

edit: i am using 3/4" mdf

im not sure what you mean? i have only been using it for a couple days. i selected angled box.

i get 8.35" long for 38Hz tuning.

your probably best going with the mfg's length because i don't think winisd accounts for port displacement, they probably do...which would make it a little longer.

looks good...the only thing i'd change is the port. either move it down or put it on top. you shouldn't have it against the top wall like that. ideally it should be as far away from any wall as it is in diameter. some boxes you can't do that....like a skinny truck box, but you can try.
