A little help plz

Hi I was wondering,if anybody here has owned a Ia 20.1.And if so how did it perform?Are they good amps,Also how much do they cost?This amp will be pushing 2 12's Tc sounds 5200's,or 2 12's Lms 5400's,Undecided on which drivers I will be using as of right now.Also any other amps you guys could suggest would be greatly appreciated.I dont want to spend more then a $1,000 on one amp.thanx for any help
