A good system for Rap/Hiphop?

I have already purchased a Jensen VM9311TS as a headunit.

I would like to have a pretty decent system for around $400. I do not care if I only have a pair of speakers in the front since I heard that is fine since I will only be listening to Rap/Hip-Hop. Maybe an amp, as well as two subs...

And is it possible to take a 6 chan. amp, use two channels to drive two speakers, and bridge the remaining four into pairs of two to power two subs?
