a good set of pa horns

i blew my pa horns last week. i have a 2 channel 200 watt amp. i have my 6x8s powered and they sound bad. cuz of my bass. i want to open up the speaker cut outs and have bass to come threw the rear deck. what is a god set of pay horns that would sound good and get really loud? im not looking to spend alot.

get a police siren, i got one and it plays music from as far away as a normal cop horn blows. like 300 ft behind some one

pa horn and "sound good" don't belong in the same sentence.

And I believe that the infamous ice cream truck horn is 2dB louder then a police siren...
