Currently i have a pontiac bonneville that im doing the system in and i have a few questions.

First of all i have my HU/Components picked already. Im set on a Kenwood KDC-MP828 and 4 Phoenix gold components in the front dash (2 - 5.25" and 2 - 6.5") and im running the rear channel upfront to those 6.5"s so no rear speakers.

I have 2 cerwin vega stroker 15s that i plan on using but im having a hard time choosing an amp. I picked a lanzar last time and didnt know much about audio at the time but its not really pushing much to my other 15s in my 240 so im def going with a different brand this time. The subs are dual 2 ohm 2000rms/4000max so im def gonna need alot of power than im used to and im not sure my stock alt in the car will handle it.

One thing ive thought about is just keeping these for something else and getting some L7s (what do you guys think about L7s?) i know theyre 1000/2000 so maybe that would be better for me instead of spending all the money upgrading my electrical as well? Im thinking about "degrading" to the L7s to save money at the moment but its kinda making me sad thinking about the power i will be losing. Im pretty sure the vegas will pound alot more than the L7s

ive thought running 2 of the "US amps xt4000d" amps if i used the vega's, but wouldnt that be too much draw on my stock alt? The amps push 1500rms at 1 ohm and those would be just about perfect for the vega's plus theyre only about 250 a piece.

I really wanna run the vegas but what do you guys think? I dont wanna pull too much and have a somewhat "unreliable" electrical system or something. Should i also even bother getting a cap?

I have four L7's. Two 8's and two 15's. The 15's bumped pretty good on a 1606D with only 12 cubes @ 33Hz. But I wouldn't use them as a replacement for CV Strokers. I'm not saying that they won't get loud, they will. But you'll want more soon enough. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
