I think this decision should be based on the two of your incomes. If you a doctor making a couple hundred g's a year I dont think you would need to ask for any money. If money is somewhat of an issue I think maybe a percentage should be calculated based on a ratio of your two incomes.

and all my personal bill's ( call phone car payment, car insurance )

she pays her bill's, utility's, gas, electric, and grocories

Naw, my mother did that, then I moved out many years ago.

Perhaps if she pampers you like a mother you shouldn't make her pay anything. It's not often you find women like that, although it could wear off in six months. By then you will probably be posting here about how horrible things are at home..
