I think he posted a pic a while back, it was just a body pic but looked good to me. You do realize this could be the beginning or death of your relationship though right? Shit is much difference once you get a little more of that 24/7/365 together shit in your system and the little shit starts to bug you.

Seriously, you should charge her the going rate for renting a room in a house in your neighborhood. She didn't sign your bank note, she does not owe half. You could probably figure it out by looking on Craig's list. Charge her that price, but don't tell her how you came up with it, just say it sounds fair.

Once she gets a job, as close to 50% of shared bills as possible. Personal bills are up to each individual until married. You can sort out the split of mortgage and property taxes later, if at all.

Might want to look in to a home and auto umbrella policy for you both if you haven't yet, as they can save mountains of cash annually depending on your credit history, driving records, and claim history.
