Yeah, always sort of plan that she'll move out.... Even if that kinda sounds like you're being a negative thinking *******. Truth is, when they're young like that they cant make up their mind wtf they want to do from one month to the other.

Which is why I dont understand why people under 25 even get married, or poop out kids.

I'd say 50/50 and you get that shit in writing to be honest. I know it sounds harsh at this stage but I"m assuming all is good in the relationship because she is moving in. Things can change and you can be stuck in a bad situation (some bills that she helped make and now your stuck with them)

basicly how it would go is...

personal bills ( c/c, phone, car insurence, ect )

would be paid via person useing them....

morgage, utility's, gas, electric ect

as far as food, and what it cost to live at home. cleaning and living supply's we pay 50/50 or 75/25

Anyways, it's 50/50 or you pay the rent and for the things only you use, she covers everything else.

I say make her cover 1/4 of the actual rent, and pay half of everything else. ***** dont get in free.

we been together for allmost a year.

she is cool as **** and we get along great. never had one fight. i mean we get close but she is cool so there is no reson to fight ya know..

basicly she stays at my house at least 4 days out of the week if not more..

so why not have her move in and make it easyer for my pocket's...

the only reson i have not had her move in yet is she has no job right now. and we are trying to figure out a fair price for her to move in..

but i tell you wat if she is not willing to go 75% me / 25% her.. then she can stay at her house.
