a disc check has been scheduled

thats what it says everytime i restart my computer. that started because there was a trojan on my desktop. then i did a complete scan and found the trojan and quarantined it. now every little while it keeps saying it found a trojan, but its the same one that i quarantined before. what can i do to fix this? and im using windows live onecare.
