A 1996 Mustang GT sound system

I got up early this morning to go look at a kenwood cd deck at circut city. I cant control the bass or treble or fade, and the "free installation" is $55. I know Im going to be paying something, but not that. I went to Best Buy and was treated much differently. There is a JVC 45-watt, 4 channel cd deck. They say $40 for installation, thats fine with me. Then he told me the same thing matt told me, I should just put out some extra cash to get something good for it. Extra cash for me right now is short, I'd wait, but you know kids. I am scraping up anything I can find. Does anyone know a REALLY GOOD sound system with CD for a 1996 Mustang GT coupe that is under $130 that is worth it?

Thanks

Ya like i said, save yourself some extra money. It sucks waiting (i know we have all been there) but once you got the money for that nicer deck, you have WAY more options to control your sound. It will sound trillions times better! Those 100 dollar decks are just like they are priced... CHEAP! Also you could look at ebay and get a cd player at wholesale cost.

Thanks for all of your input. I am still trying to decide, it seems that I am the only one in my family who isnt trying to stop me from spending money. They need to realize that I have a car and I want to do what I want to do with it.

Alright, everyone tell me what you think about these two receivers. I spent all day researching.

"Dual" is an older brand that has weathered the Sony revolution storm. It is good quality, but do I want that in a V8 mustang? The car is red, so it would go good. Or, should I put out the extra cash and get the Pioneer?

The extra money is coming from my savings account, which I am trying to build up instead of take away from. Its a sacrifice Im willing to accept, and Ill restore it once I get a new job.

See what you think.

The parents have said I can get it as a "christmas present." Even though the mustang is my christmas/birthday present until Im 21 basically. I pay 120, they pay the difference. Now that that is taken care of, which one to get?

I bought the new Pioneer in fear that I would get a faulty Ebay one. It installed with no kits, and went in perfectly at Circuit City for free. The system did cost $179, but it is great and I love it. The volume is at 3, and the sound is already overwhelming...and the system goes up to like 100. Fun eh? Thanks for all your input.
