99 lesabre install help

what up. 99 lesabre with 6 speaker system. component in the doors and the ones in the deck. Is there a factory crossover or are the wires just split to the factory fronts and tweets.

Thats a good question, Ive wondered that myself. I had a 92 Lesabre that had door speakers up front and 6x9s in the rear. I had the opening for dash speakers (4x6s) but didnt have any up there. Most people that I knew that had early 90s Lesabre had 4x6s in the dash and no door speakers.

Are you planning on running a new HU and amp? Why not just run new speaker wire to the doors and dash?

If there is a stock amp run for the stock speakers . there is actually a wiring harness you buy that bypasses the stock amp that way you can run the amp you want to put in . im not sure if that answers what your askn but thought that might help ya man.
