I gave my 25 to Life Power 1000 to a friend of mine. This was its birthsheet:

I tried to make that amp work in my 2006 Mustang GT, but the amp was just too dang big!

As for driving a subwoofer, that depends on which subwoofer you intend to drive with it. At 2 ohms, it was plenty for the 13w6v2 stealthbox that I have in my Mustang.

ETA: It also pushed a 12" Solobaric L5 with authority at 2 ohms and nearly destroyed a pair of 10w3v2s sealed at 1 ohm!

My very next step will be doing the big three which I'll be doing soon. From there I want to run new 6.5's and 6x9's. Any suggestions on some quality speakers for this? I'll be getting a scholarship check soon for about 3k that I want to get some of this done with.

I also got a couple questions. Eventually I want to run two L7 12's, but when looking up some stuff on boxing, I read that ported tends to run in a more spl direction while sealed offers more sq. How big is the difference in sq when you go with a ported box opposed to a sealed?
