98 Acura - security system prevent from installing audio system

I have a 1998 Acura 3.0 cl and when I purchased it the factory stereo was not in it. I went to get my stereo hooked up and they said the previous owner disconnected the battery at sometime and now the security system has disabled my stereo. My question is without the factory stereo in it how do I disable the security system so I can get my stereo to work?

edit: nevermind, i found the security code to disable the security system under the ash tray.
