Like the title says..... Cheap as possible shipped to 42718...lol... My DC power is pretty much shot so looking for a decent HO alt 1995 chevy blazer 4.3l V6

thats fine. just find a built alt and make sure its a ad244 casing.

do you know anything about these powermax usa alts on ebay. i know everyone is going say "oh they ****" and "dont buy those"... out of the research i found the only complaint as to why people say dont buy them is the "idle amps" are not that high. For me i dont never play my system hard while idling. the ONLY time i ever play my system hard is when i compete and even then we are allowed engine running and up to 2k rpms while doing our comp run. daily the hardest i may play is 1/4 power. maybe 1/2 if im showing off alittle... lol

they seem alright from this thread. yes some one had bad experience but you will find that about everyone. id be willing to attempt building one with that kit if you want but i have no warranty or any thing.

yea i read that thread and i was like thats not bad. i mean as long as its as much as my stock alt puts out at idle thats ok. and the one for my truck is a 220a. for the price of it, if it atleast put out 200amps i would be happy with that IMO. i mean the whole alt is only $170 shipped. so 200 amps is still good for that price compared to other companys like dc wanting $450 or more for a 200amp

because it would probly be 6 months or more before i get it back where as they are kind of slow at building them and also at replying. i sent them an email and i am still waiting for a reply to that email.

Also it would probly cost double what the alt im looking at now costs

Dude... just buy a ******* stock AD244 and be done with it, they put out plenty of power and you can pick them up for like $50~ you'd be a complete retard to spend $200 on an ebay alt that puts out less than a stock AD244. Get your head outta your ***.

how much do they put out? dude run a 3500 rms amp i highly dout a stock ad244 will put out enough
