It's louder, the xcon may have sounded a little better on the "low low" notes like around 30hz

Wow. So you got a 18 to fit in a 4th gen.....I assume you had to do some type of rear deck mod, because I only have 16 inches of vertical room in my 94 and I reached that with my box for my 15...

If I can fit a OA 18 sealed in my trunk I think I could cry tears of happiness...

Yea my comparison of pictures, I can see the mod you did to the rear deck...looks like I'll be sticking to 15s... :\

I actually LOVED the inseat Amp installation, that makes me kind of jealous actually...

Why not go with two 12's like I did in my 96 honda accord? I was doing over 150 off music in the low 30's.

update:the alternator didn't fit, found out it was made for a civic, but I did get my other amp installed. I will finish up the cover panel tomorrow

and now im going to save up for another alternator and box

looking good man. with doubling power i bet you'll get to at least a 148. then tweak somethings and you'll see a 150. nice job. love the amp placement.
