94 Del Sol SI build

I am surprised that you were able to retain power steering with a H22 under the hood of a Civic. 99% of the H22 swaps into Civics that I've seen had AC and PS removed.
there is no AC.....but i was able to keep the power steering...i had to cut a few metal areas out in order to get it to fit....but to be honest it doesnt need it...the car is to small and light as is.....but putting an H22 in this thing is so much more difficult then putting it in any other civic.....needed new custom engine mounts...new axels....250 dollar wiring harness.....cut the fire wall for a new shift linkage....

I was thinking about doing a H22 CRX, but the CRX is in Dallas, and it would cost me more than the car to get it to Louisiana. If one pops up locally that isn't rusted, I may grab it, but for now, the H22 CRX is on the back burner.

here is my engine bay with no fukkin room in it....thats why the alt was so hard...it sits under the power steering pump and barely fits.....H22a engine in a del sol what?.....

I bet that thing has traction issues, but from a 40ish lunch I bet it runs out nice!

Nice car and nice equipment. I played around with an SA-8 in my reg cab chevy for a bit and it seemed to be a very well built sub. It was much more accurate than I thought it would be as well. Good luck with the install.

Got the box built yesterday jus need to sand it down some, Was gonna start early on the false floor an baffles today but woke up too a fucking bee hive in my chimney. So getting a late start on things this morning

Whatta day. First the Bee's then i get to my parents, where i build boxes an shit, an within ten minutes i damn near step on a rattle snake. Bout twenty minutes later i almost rubbed up against another snake. Almost finished for the day an the fucker jumps out at me again. But through all the bee's an snakes i was able to get all 4 baffles done, the flase floor an amp rack built. Wasnt able to sand today, Corona started calling my name an it was game over from there.

d@mn. when i saw del sol in the title I can honestly say I was not expecting this. NICE WORK. i cant wait to see this finished //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

I honestly have always kind of wanted one of these. When done right they can look pretty clean, which I have no doubt that this car will be one of them
