88' Camry Audio Upgrade

All right, I have a 1988 Camry with the original stereo, Casette Deck and all. And it has all round 25 Watt stock speakers, that have been chewed out by the mice, on my grandparents farm as it sat since 1991 to 2011. And I need to upgrade the speakers desperately, due to the fact that they crackle and make a really annoying sound like someone put a penny on the driver. And I am wondering, if I buy a set of 210W Kenwood speakers, will it be able to drive the speakers? Or should I just outright replace the head entirely. The second problem is that the whole wireing harness for this is pre-ISO so it uses their 10 pin and 6 pin connectors like this (See image) on the right. And would it be better to put ISO connectors on to the existing harness or use an adaptor?

I'm looking for something thats "Okay" the Amazon Special so to speak, I'm interested in the cheapest pair of name brand speakers I can get my hands on, and I found those 210W Kennwood speakers for 19.99 a pair. And I know that old deck is far from blowing these speakers, And if there is, if any, decks under like $30 that you would reccomend feel free, but if not, I will just stick with the Tape Deck for old times sake.
