80PRS bluetooth skip songs on headunit.

When using bluetooth to stream music it wont let me skip songs with the headunit on my Iphone but I can with my GFs android phone..

I know it worked before..

How I fix!?

Hu may not be capable of doing that. I can't with android but I can with iPhone most hu will not let android skip tracks. U have to use the phone to do it.

I was pretty sure it worked before with this same phone.. Maybe before an update or something.. My ipod cable broke and I really didnt feel like tearing the dash apart to hook another one up so I was using bluetooth for now.. PITA having to pick up the phone unlock it and go through music..

Im going to go try my other 80prs in my truck and see if it works on it.

It looks like its the newest IOS issue. I guess when my iphone updated to the newest software it messed up a bunch of bluetooth options from what I see on google. I have iOS 6.1.3. Guess I will just have to wait and hope the nest update fixes it.

Oh OK yeah I hate apple updates. U can get beta iOS 7 and that may clear the issues since u don't jailbreak u can update. Also I think 6.1.4 is out. Update to that.

Download the 6.1.4 and open iTunes and hold shift and click restore and choose 6.1.4. Make sure u backup 1st and make sure u download the correct version. GSM for att and T-Mobile and CDMA for Verizon or sprint.
