8 year old shot father.

According to the law, children 7 or younger cannot be charged with murder, because they do not possess the ability to truly grasp their actions. Kid was 8, there's no godly reason as to why he should have access to a firearm.

blah you posted it first :/

if he's charged with murder in arizona, he'll be locked up until 21 years old.
Ofcourse, but there has been 3 other cases where a kid murders someone. they were dropped from all charges. we had a dude in pace florida that him and his brother apparently beat their dad with a baseball bat to death.. the youngest spent 10 months in prison and was let go...

you know how awkward that would be? sitting at the table with your 8yr old boy knowing he intentionally killed his father and roomate. what kind of conversation would you have?? i wonder if she payed the boy..

You supplied a deadly weapon to a person that arguably has no grasp of the repercussions of using such weaponry.

COCOA BEACH, Fla. (AP) - One of two brothers convicted in the 2001 baseball bat slaying of their father is out of a Cocoa Beach area prison.Alex King was 13 when he and his 14-year-old brother were convicted of second-degree murder as adults. Their guilty verdicts

were tossed out. And both boys pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and arson for setting their Cantonment house on fire.

King served about 10 months in prison, with the remainder of his six-year term in juvenile facilities. The 18-year-old will be on

probation for five years. His brother, Derek, will be released from prison in May 2009.
