8' Subs

Hi, I was looking for any advise about a pair of good SQ 8' Subs. I listen to a lot of Rock and Metal music so they need to have a good response time. Many subs i've heard lately, on my music get pretty muddy and the subs can not keep up with the bass. Any advise on a pair of subs would be greatly appreciated

As I have never seen an eight-foot sub I'm not entirely certain what it is you might be after here...but as far as eight-inch subs go for SQ the usual goto recommendation here is a SoundSplinter RL-i 8" sub.

Looking at the specs of them on paper and then looking at the driver itself just makes it look like pure audible *** in a compact package. Beefy lil buggers for an 8"...

RL-i 8s I have 2 and they are real nice. I have mine in .4 cu ft each sealed getting 400wrms each.

RE8s sound like poopy in my experience.
