for slot ports the general rule of thumb is 12-16 square inches port area per cube, your port is in the realm of 4.5" per cube. I believe roarzors is correct

That port does look very small for the size of the box. Probably would have been better off using aeros, no?

If you built the box with the right port it would be a night and day difference. You have enough port for 2 12s right now. Basically an air leak.
