Nope, both saying the same thing. A hipass filter that's 4 ohms at some frequency will be 8 ohms at half that frequency.

don't know for sure but I'd assume 4ohm at 65hz = 8ohm at 32.5hz

We're talking about passive hipass crossovers for a tweeter, not the amp's hp filter. If the crossover is set for say 3 khz with 4 ohms, it'd be 1.5 khz at 8 ohms.

It doesn't matter what speaker you are "using" as long as the theory is correct.
