What are some decent amps that are stable this low. I have a MMats Jugg I'm wanting to power, and am kinda looking around for an amp for it.

.7 ohms is a DCR reading, the nominal load would be 1 ohm.

Any amplifier that is stable to 1 ohm will do the job...

oh really, I figured if I tried to wire it to a 1 ohm stable amp it would to low, but I see what you mean, just didn't think about it like that

x2 also factor in imp. rise so you should be good with 1ohm.
