7 inch port diameter

Iknow theres been lots of questions about ports, and ive tried looking through some but cant find my problem. I entered my info into a port calculator on one of the links and it told me 6.7"diameter. I assume I need two ports as there is no way i'll be able to put a port that big on my box, but how big should they be?

how big is your enclosure first off and second what are you planning on tuning it to

enclosure is 2 feet, I have two 10" rockford punch subs (old ones that I never used). I know the box is a little small but was hoping to tune between 30-33.

I'm new to this, does it make a big diff in sound when tuning that low?

try 2 ports 3 " in diameter. both the same length as what the calculator said.

with two 3" ports it says 17 inches, however with one 3" it says 7 ". Will that just cause port noise? The subs are in a trunk so it probably wouldnt be noticeable and two 17x3" ports will still be hard to fit in a 2 foot box

2 X 3" port = 14 sq. in. of port

1 X 6.7" = 35 sq. in. of port

Those 2 3" ports won't be the same length as 1 6.7" and achieve the same tuning.

What are the exact dimensions of the box, and what is the thickness of the wood?

26"x17x15(bottom)x9(top). It is slanted to fit in my car. Also should the subs face the seat or the trunk.

sorry, after looking at my dimensions, the box is 3 feet. Its still a little small.

actually if it is 3 cubes it isnt to small. but you will need to do your calculations over again. what is the dimensions of the enclosure. i may be able to do this for you

4 inch aero port at 13.8 inches will get the job done in that enclosure.

I get a final volume ~2.25 after sub displacement.

2.25 after sub displasement. Is that big enough? Will I lose spl or sql since its supposed to be 1.5 per sub?
