i just finished putting the sides on. all i have left to do is armor all the box. tommorrow i deliver it to the costumer. its for 2 15'' R's and its going in a jeep grand cherokee. it has 5 4'' aeros.

It's vinyl...

Also, I would recommend using a tire shine, if you have any, over armor all. Armor all is terrible for vinyl and any plastics... in fact, it has no place in or on your vehicle.

Tire shine will last longer, look/smell better, and it will protect longer.

Not sure I am feeling the metal screws on the black box or not. Kinda reminds me of a dog collar. Maybe it looks different in person? Build is great though, I have heard it is difficult to work with vinyl, is it true?

yeah those screws are kinda like a spiked collar, don't like them at all...

you have to put them like every inch or so on all edges....give it that '70's studded leather look...or get the decorative brads they do it with at a fabric shop and just tap them in....
