6x9 vs rear speakers

whats the difference between 6x9's and rear speakers cause i have my 6x9's in the back... and my left 6x9 blew so what are some good rear speakers for SQ...i want infinity's, what would be a good model

Infinty speakers are overpriced and underperform get cdt

for rear fill 6x9s are about the best size speakers you can have... most cars use 6.5" speakers up front or smaller. Since it's rear fill I'd try to find a speaker that can play as low as possible if you don't have any subs. Infinity Reference would be ok but you could find better for cheaper.
