6th order design needed!!!!

hey guys, i need a design and cutout sheet for a 6th order. i will be running 4 15" american bass xfls off of 3k. will be going into a 2004 avalanche. my max dims are 49w, 22.5h, 40L (cant go more than 40, i need some of my bed). lmk guys i really need help.

What exactly is you goal, just an all-around loud setup? Do you have the t/s for the subs in question?

that is a small enclosure for a 6th order for 4 15s (if I did the math right...sorry on my phone again so I could be wrong)

about 25.5 cubes without displacement of subs or wood, for 4 15's and a 6th, little small, i would do a 4th, share rear sealed on 2 subs on each side, then fire all 4 into ported chamber, 1.75 sealed per sub, 3.5 ported each - tune to 45hz

That'd be a low, loud box right there.

I'm loving my 4th order. Get's much louder and lower than a ported box at 30hz, and im tuned at 46hz.

that box is at least 2+ sheets of wood, some 2x2's, bunch of tightbond and couple tubes of silicone (yes silicone, liquid nails *****, and smells bad too), because it is going in the bed of a truck, painting a coat of resin or bed liner on outside is almost a must and does not hurt in sealing the pourous mdf.

I would build it so port was removable to load subs and abitilty to change tunning if needed. 250sq" of port,
