Haven't seen many 6 ohm subs, whats everyones opinions on a 6 ohm sub? looking at doing a trade but wanna make sure i aint getten ripped off. like whats the difference between 2,4,and 6 ohm subs?

The impedance.

Which will affect how much power you will receive from your amplifier.

no looking at i beleive its a power acoustik SPL 10" sub, i don't own it was just wondering if its worth while.

You are fine....those subs are dual 6ohms if we are talking about the same sub.

If those are the KSV series (model number JWS-10), they are JL Audio W6 clones......and you can find them online for around $45+shipping....so don't give him too much money for those //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Yes. T/S specs are identical between it and the W6 (or W6AE...can't recall off hand).

From the reviews I've seen, it sounds as good as the original W6. It just bottoms out a little sooner.

they go for arround $38 on ebay not a huge difference but a difference anyway. do a search for this model # JWS-10. that will bring em up on ebay
