Sony XM-3520 and XM-3040F.

These would be great for an active frontstage, two-way or three-way. It would be a relatively low powered setup by today's standards but very clean and flexible. Both amplifiers are bridgeable so you can have 3/4/5/6 channels. Real world dynamic power would be about 70 watts for each of the 6 channels. The 2 channel amplifier does not have filters, the only adjustment to be made is sensitivity. The 4 channel has selectable high and low pass filters fixed at 80hz which can be bypassed for full range operation. I've had nothing but trouble-free enjoyment from these. They're built extremely well using high quality parts (big, reliable Sanken transistors, Rubycon caps //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif) and they sound great. Condition is good for both but they have the normal wear from years of use. You won't be embarrassed to have them on display.

It really is a shame about the direction the designers took with the aesthetics of Sonys amps after they went with the Xplod stuff. Some of those amps are great as well but people are so turned off by looks of them, I don't blame them.
