6.5" to replace EF-61 mids

I have a set of EF-61 comps with 560 crossovers and the TW-24 tweeter. Everything sounded great except I blew both mids.

What would be a good replacement for the mids to go along with the tweeter and crossover? ...or should I get a whole new set. I really know know anything about mixing and matching this stuff. I want something more durable I was happy with the sound but not the power handling or the mid.

I bought from audio junkies last year and never used or even powered up. They are nib--these would probably work pretty good for you. I would let go for $150 shipped.

you have good crossovers and tweeters, why not just get better mids. If you liked the EF mids you will love the M6's, plenty of midbass and great on vocals. these handle more power as well.

Thanks for the advice Hoodlum but Im lookin for something a little cheaper.

Any other recommendations?
