5Hz rotary woofer. 22k! Mobile application?

So... http://www.rotarywoofer.com/ has something ive never seen before. At like 22k seems excessively pricey but,,, 5hz rumble!?!?

Specs say that an attic or basement has to somehow be modified to create infinate baffle. In an big enough vechicle, seems like this could be a reality.

"Over the years the generally accepted low frequency limit of hearing has been 20Hz, some suggesting 16Hz. However nothing existed to produce significant enough output to change this belief. Old news. They are crazy expensive. There are a couple vids of them floating around the net some were. The vid shows them being used in a Home Theater application. Cool idea, not so cool price....
