$500 dollar budget

im looking to get the best subs for the money, i have a budget of $500 any help would be appreciated. Im thinking about getting (1) w7 or (2) w6's or 1 magnum d2 but im not really sure. I want great SQ with good SPL i dont care if ones better then the other as long as it has good SQ and good SPL

if you have 500 for sub only go with one XXX 12 or 15!!! The best of both worlds...

ahh phoey, Crystal CMPx2 12 ina ported SQ box, and save the rest for a US amps 2000X, wink wink

umm neither are going to be cheap, unless you check all the classified sections on the different forums

You can get the XXX 12 for i thnk it was 369+shipping from http://www.respl.com but you have to call to order. and the Crystal i am not sure but doesnt sounddomain carry crystal????

SoundDomain used to have the CMPx2's ... but not anymore. They carry some other products from Crystal currently, however.

get one Magnum D2 and put it in a ported box 2.5-3 cubic feet. That's 300 and then you have 200 to spend on an amp. Try to find a used Tsunami 1100d or something to that nature. ~1000 watts.
