well what I plan on getting is 2 10"w6v2's, The amps were going to be dual JL 500/1 but ill see what the price difference is. Then for my enclosure I was going to take out the midgate and put in

as far as the box, it looks nice, but who knows how it sounds/build quality

total budget is unknown man. I have about 800 right now, but that will change in about 3 weeks when i get my job. Getting things cheap is a must though. Although I will try not to sacrifice any quality. so to answer your question... I have no real answer

Well, a Sundown SAE-1000D will give you the same power as that pair of 500/1s into the load that a pair of W6v2s would present. It will do it for much less $, too, AND have a warranty unlike a used or grey market JL amp. I won't fault the JL subs. They cost more but sound excellent. The JL amps are innovative but expensive and I simply can't justify the cost on those if you're on a budget at all.

firstly, no ive heard w7's and i plan on hearing the w6v2's before purchase.

secondly, that will help if i dont buy the Jl amp.. and the way you put it.. why would i?

having trouble finding the Sundown you mentioned though. do you think you could link it up for me? and are there any other amps out there that I should be looking at?
