well i got an internship at a local car audio shop..

ive known the owner for years.. hes lived up the street from me since i moved here..

ive wanted a job there for a looonnngggg time, but he said i had to be 16, and he can only give me an internship, no pay..

so i start tomorrow at 11

its every monday and wed from 11-3

he sells memphis and diamond mainly..

kenwood, mtx and alpine here and there..

im REALLY excited.. he says if i stay w/ the internship till im 18, hell give me a job, and once i get certified as a car audio installer, then that where the big bucks start..

im extremely excited.. i really hope i can learn alot from this =]]

ive been into electronics since i was like 4, and into car audio since i was 12..

i deff know what im doing for the most part (still got lots to learn)

and know most of the science behind it (like i said, still alot to learn)

but this will be a great learning experence for me i think..

i mean, im 16, and i have already had 2 show winning systems and im working on 2 more right now.. so i think ill be okay =]

im homeschooled..

i have to have an internship for atleadt 5 hrs a week as a prt of my home schooling till i graduate..

i have a full time job set up in the summer any way where i make about 500 a week..

good for 16 imo

Also there are no big bucks in car audio.

thta is very true.. the guy whos owns the place told me that first off..

its a great hobby, or second job, but wont really pay the bills if yer off on yer own unless you own a place like he does..

even then, he lives in the same housing development as me, nice house, nice cars..

but he says this business takes a toll..

looses money out the ***, but still makes a good amount..
