5 Channel Amp Suggestions?

I want to add an amp and subwoofer to my Eclipse HU and Alpine component and coaxial speakers. Due to space constraints I really only have room for one amp. Is there a good 5 channel amp around $300 that can run my front, rear speakers and sub?

I was going to recommend the Rockford Fosgate 25 to Life Power 1000, but unless you have 13" x 24" it won't fit!

Next I would recommend the Memphis Belle, but that is a huge honkin amp too.
