4x100, need to get to 2x150, best way to determine wattage?

Using a DMM will tell you the output voltage, and since you know the resistance of the circuit, you can estimate the wattage.

An oscilloscope will tell you when the amp is clipping the output, which will tell you the point where the amp stops producing clean power.

Best way is to have all of the above with a clamp ammeter.
