4th order or ported??

Other than the fact that 4th orders require much more volume than regular sealed boxes, what makes you think traditional ported boxes are better for daily??? 4th orders work wonders on output and can have a very flat response. It all depends on how well the box is designed, personally id do a 4th order.

a sub that specs up well for bandpass is fine. i haven't ran the numbers on the BTL. it might be fine. there are a whole lot of vehicles that aren't able to fit a dual 12 bandpass. some 12's would need 10+ cubes bandpassed. i did ask how much room he has for a reason.

exactly, ported is way easier to get good results if yous a newb. So my concluding statement; If you have the knowledge, experience, and space, id do the 4th order. If not make a ported enclosure.

josh and his guys do good work at the quality in greeley as do I i rarely have anyone here ask for more than a lighted slot load box tho i havent done a 24db 4th in several yrs lolz

just buy the one from best buy with the lights in it, that one is the loudest sounding box ive heard in my life. Swear to god it was hittin like 160 dbs.

i recommend the dual brand loaded one. you could easily armpit fart 160db from it. replace the subs with volfenwifes, and you get a beautiful red/blue/fire color swirl in the cabin.
