Blow Through Box Help?

A yes I was thinking of maybe trying a blowthrough box in my chevy silverado ex-cab? I was going to just custom build a box in the back with the back rest lifted like 5 inches and use the top of the box as the seat, but i was going to try to fit 2 15s or 2 18s in there but it would be a very tight fit, wont be much i have to keep the back seat for the kids, i cant just take it out, well i have been looking up blowthrough boxes and i was wondering if it would be a good idea, i mean does it make it louder or would it be worthless to tear up my truck? I also wanted to know how you seal up the middle between the cab and the bed from leaking? I also know it would look funny with a box in the bed but eventually i would probally get a cover, what do you guys think about them? thanks

For sealing the cabin to the bed go to a camer store, They have this accordian style rubber used for between the romoved back glass and the camper. As for suting your truck up thats all on you. I did mine and loved it. Do you own the truck? Are you planning on keeping it for a long time? And you can fix the truck back to normal but it will take work if you wanted to. I loved my blowthrough and with the seats up you couldnt see a dang thing. It hit hard and low. Your back of the babin will be pretty weak so you might want to look at bracing that. My back glass would almost touch the onneau cover. You will need a toneau or have a metal box built and have the whole thing sprayed. My avitar is my blowthrough. do a blow through i was goin to mention it to you a while back, it will give you alot more space to have for you box instead of trying to make one to fit for your seat, and it will prob be easier, make sure you get a hard locking cover
