Seriously? What was the passband on the box? Short of the external ports (which I personally don’t like) it looked like a solid design.

it was...i told him 38hz and lower will be great which is was, but the output he's talking about was from 50hz and up

Impedance rise does not mean you will have less output. At the point of a high impedance, the enclosure will be most efficient meaning that it will require less power to be just as loud. Power does not mean loud.

correction 80inches... the box had no output what so ever 20hz-60hz .... the box would play 20-60hz just no output

That wouldn't be the first time 80inches has screwed up (well, or his program that he uses/relys on/would be useless without).
